Lamps are blocks that glow and supply Light when a Redstone signal is supplied. This makes it a viable building material for Redstone displays that need to be visible in the dark or coloured indicator light.

Note that Red Power Lighting Blocks don't emit coloured light. While the block itself has a color, the light it emits is normal white light.

There are 16 possible colours for these lamp blocks. These include; White, Orange, Magenta, Light Blue, Yellow, Lime, Pink, Gray, Light Gray, Cyan, Purple, Blue, Brown, Green, Red and Black.

All the lamps that are in the mod can be used, for example, to indicate when machines have finished working. Lamps should work all long as they have a source of power, like being next to a powered block, or having powered Red Alloy Wire on top of it.

• If you break a lit lamp with an item that has the silk touch enchantment on it then it will drop an item called "unnamed". It will turn into a white lamp if placed.
• It may crash your Tekkit.
